Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

The Project Manager oversees all activities of assigned residential remodeling production projects, from the transfer of signed agreements to completion. The position coordinates with procurement, production, and installation teams for both small- and large-scale remodeling/construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to be part of one of the finest project management teams in residential remodeling. The Project Manager will coordinate production efforts with our highly talented sales and design team, and will handle both hands-on and administrative duties while overseeing multiple projects at once. Each day will present different challenges and tasks related to tracking schedules and project progress. The individual will foster a continuous improvement and growth mindset, and possess a strong ability to interface with and successfully influence others.

Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer will partner with Sales and clients collaborating on design for remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, and whole house projects, additions and major renovations.  The designer works on multiple projects leading the selection and specification process for exteriors and works with Interior Designers on interior finishes. The detail orientated; motivated self-starter will have experience with CAD and creating detailed construction plans.  The position will offer the opportunity to be part of one of the finest design and project management teams in residential remodeling.   Each day will bring different challenges and tasks in keeping track of schedules, deadlines and project progress.
